This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on NewsNow Academy (academy.newsnow.lk). NewsNow Academy is operated by Pahana Media (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
1. All sales are final
Everything we sell is digital and is available to you as soon as your payment is confirmed. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This applies to:
- online courses;
- learning paths (course bundles);
- digital materials such as presets, templates, LUTs, 3D assets, e-books and checklists.
We do not give refunds for a change of mind, for courses you have not started, for files you have not downloaded, or for partly completed courses.
Please read the course or product page carefully before you buy. If you have a question about whether something is right for you, email us before you buy at academy@newsnow.lk.
2. Errors we always correct
This policy does not stop us from correcting a mistake. We will fix the problem or return the payment if:
- you were charged twice for the same item; or
- you paid, but the course or file was never made available to you and we cannot fix this within 7 days of you telling us.
To report one of these problems, email academy@newsnow.lk with the email address you used to buy and your order number. We reply within 3 business days.
Where a payment is returned, it goes back to your original payment method through our payment provider, PayHere.
3. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Sri Lanka or of the country you live in.
